News from The Probate Practice Survey

Probate is something people have to deal with at a difficult time in their lives, having just lost a loved one.

But very few people actually have any experience of it. The Probate Practice surveyed 1,000 people online to discover their experiences.

Our survey revealed that until people are heading towards their 60th birthday, just one in four of us will have encountered the process of probate.

Between the ages of 30 and 44, just one in ten people will have had any experience of the process of probate.

Although no one wants to deal with this process it is an unfortunate fact of life, and here at The Probate Practice we aim to handle the process in a sensitive, quick and tax efficient manner.

There are also other key steps you can take to make the process easier such as drafting your will which we can do through our will writing service, and also preparing a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) to ensure your loved ones are left in the best possible position.

For more information email us assist@probate-practice.co.uk or call us on 020 7433 2929.
