Shocking Probate News

We were shocked to learn of a recent case where probate took over 19 years to be obtained, and that during this time two of the executors had passed away. The importance of appointing an appropriate firm to deal with an estate cannot be emphasised enough although it should be noted that this was an extreme situation.
